  • Why do you need a Contractor Partner?

    We know that selling homes is not as cut and dry as many people think it is. Sometimes you have a seller that would like some things done to the house before listing. Other times it might be issues that come up during your option period that need to be taken care of but nobody can afford to come out of pocket. Jimco Construction can help you get the job done and save the deal!

  • We have a couple of options to choose from. 

    Do you have a seller that needs to replace a roof or some other necessary construction prior to closing because of financing or insurance requirements? We Can Help! Jimco Construction has been helping their realtor and investor partners close deals for over a decade. If the repair is a lender or insurance required repair, Jimco Construction can get paid out of closing proceeds. This option is available on a case by case basis and for a fee. We have saved many deals from falling through by providing the work up front with zero money out of pocket. If you have a deal that needs saving let us help you look like a hero!

  • One of our more traditional options is applying for financing.

    We offer a financing option that allows for your clients to pay for the repairs or remodels over time. The rates vary based on their credit score and scope of work. This option is best suited for clients that want to stay in the home or for buyers to consider after they have closed on the home. While this option is not usually your 'save the deal' option, it does allow you to educate your buyers on their options once they have closed on a home. I'm sure you have dealt with many buyers who wish they could have new flooring, granite counter tops, or remodel a bathroom prior to closing but for whatever the reasons, this cannot happen prior to closing. However, if they qualify after closing, we can get those things done in no time. Sometimes just knowing that they have an immediate option available, is the difference between submitting a contract or looking at 12 more homes.

We also pay our realtor/ investor partners referral incentives. If you refer a job that we put under contract, we will pay you a referral incentive starting at $150. Depending on the size of job, it could be more!
